Recap day 9: Low energy day, Still got a decent 4 round body weight workout in w/ Erica. Then I baked up a storm! Cocoa almonds, coconut muffins, made dinner, then baked delicious apples!
Day 10: Woke up at 5:30am, def have a lot more energy today, now time for some espresso and a workout before I start my day!
Super low on energy this morning. Had breakfast at 9am, let’s see if I get some energy to workout soon. Or I might nap before my clients in the afternoon. haha
Wow, I can’t believe I’m still going strong. This is the longest I’ve ever gone w/o GUM! Like seriously years LOL Definitely the hardest part so far. It was just a habit for me to chew gum all the time. People chain smoke, I chain chew gum! ha!
The booze not so much, and as far as sweets go I crave them less and less. Day 4 was super low energy for me. Day 5 at 5pm I got the WORST headache, obviously my body was experiencing sugar withdrawals. It was no fun, I spent all of Saturday balls deep in my couch.
My body actually craves fat now, avocados are my jam! I have half an avocado w/ every meal. Almonds and Brazilian nuts are my go-to as well. I’m toying w/ the idea of cutting out all nuts out for week two. I want to see if that clears up my face and debloats me more.
After week one I’m down 6.2lbs.
Energy was a lot better this morning.
6 miles. Check.
Grocery Shopping. Check.
Yummy eats. Check.
Now it’s couch and Olympics time.
If anything I feel like my body is craving more fat now.
Avocados get in my belly!
